Yes 2 It is a trades awareness program targeting students in grades 6-9. The Resource Training Organization (RTO) and the Southern Interior Construction Association (SICA) have created templates for YES 2 IT events that showcase resource based and construction trades. The templates are “how to” YES 2 IT guides can be used as is or adapted by schools or school districts to run their own YES 2 IT event. Both templates include multi media presentations that highlight a variety of trades in their area and can be downloaded. |
