Customer Service is open from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday for in-person and telephone inquiries.

General questions regarding industry training and apprenticeship – including administrative matters such as registration, examinations and certification – should be directed to ITA Customer Service.

1. Take Broadway heading east.
2. Continue Past Renfrew Street.
3. Turn RIGHT on Nootka Street.
4. Turn RIGHT on Virtual Way.

1. Take Highway 1 heading west to Vancouver.
2. Take the Grandview Hwy exit, EXIT 28
3. Turn RIGHT on Renfrew Street.
4. Turn RIGHT on East Broadway.
5. Turn RIGHT on Nootka Street.
6. Turn RIGHT on Virtual Way.

1. Take the Millenium Line and exit at the Renfrew Station
2. Walk north on Renfrew Street.
3. Turn RIGHT on East Broadway.
4. The Broadway Tech Centre is located on the south side of the street. It is a 5 minute walk from the Renfrew skytrain station.
