Residential Building Maintenance Worker

Description

"Building Maintenance Worker" means a person who maintains and repairs residential buildings (single family unit, multi-unit, high rise) including minor carpentry, drywall, electrical, floorlaying, painting, plumbing, refrigeration mechanic and roofing repairs, maintenance, installation, inspection, testing and troubleshooting (as per BC Safety Authority legislation and regulations).

Equivalency Status Application
The Equivalency Application Package for this trade is currently under development. Over the next several months the ITA will be working with Industry Training Organizations and other Industry Partners to develop the Equivalency Application Packages for this trade. You may email or telephone the ITA Customer Service Department and provide your name, mailing address, and the name of your Trade if you wish to be placed on a waiting list for this Equivalency Package. An Application Package will be mailed to you as soon as it is available.
