Exciting changes are coming! We’re launching a new self-service Portal for customers that will be rolled out in phases from September to November 2022. The new Portal will provide an improved experience and will replace Direct Access for apprentices and sponsors*. You will receive an email from us when your access to the Portal is ready.
* Note that those with training provider and school district profiles will not be moving to the new Portal and will remain on Direct Access until a future date.
The Portal is your tool for managing your apprenticeship information on the go.
You can use to the Portal to:

- Track your hours toward certification
